國際海事委員會(comité　maritime　international，cmi)，是促進海商法統(tǒng)一的非政府間國際組織(the　object　of　which　is　to　contribute　by　all　appropriate　means　and　activities　to　the　unification　of　maritime　law　in　all　its　aspects)。1897年創(chuàng)立于比利時安特衛(wèi)普。
